He is a Civil Engineer, with an Associate Architect Degree, and 30 years in Construction management. His construction experience includes High Rise New York City construction of buildings up to 68 stories high! Schools of up to 1500 student Intermediate level. He has been a Builder of Custom homes worth $1,000,000.
As a licenced New Jersey Home Inspector, he passed his (NJ Required) National Home Inspectors Test with the Highest score ever for his school! He also passed the New Jersey Radon Measurement Examination with a score past most the first time, where many have to take it over again once or twice more.
But most of all he is a meticulous individual who pay the most attention to detail!
